Ok, frankly speaking, what they want to me to do?? This person is responding to me that his department is in charge to set up the account and his sign off is from that department!!!!!!!!

Just wondering why you need to work overtime, were you need to help other team on any other project? And why the taxi fare for each day have so big different? Please let me know if you feel you are overload, then we need to discuss.]
I admit I have a good manager, but sometimes, I just feel frustrated when ppl ask me why I do overtime?? Is it that I got nothing better to do? Or no entertainment after work? Sighs!!! Who wants to work overtime??!!!!!!
My reply to my manager below...
"I normally stayed back for 2 reasons, inventory reconciliation (discussion with disit on phone or completing the report) and price protection, which during office hours, cannot be done due to phone calls and colleagues checking things with me.
The price difference is due to below:
$20 above – due to peak hour traveling.
$20 below – due to traveling after peak hour, example after 10pm
Peak hour more traffic. After 10pm or so, lesser traffic, therefore smoother drive.
For the claim which is $5.50, I take a lift from a colleague whom stay nearby my place, whom happened to come back to office from a company dinner and gave me a lift.From there, I took a cab home, therefore the charge is lower.

I am still able to cope on the disti. It is just that a lot of changes coming up and some disti need more attention which will take up more of my time.

I am not bootlicking on my manager and I really appreciate her for asking. I am just feeling very agitated about things happening around me and I cannot even take leave on occasions due to month/quarter end. I am so SICK of my work!!!!!!!!!!!!
