Dear all,
Please be informed that the main door was left wide opened when I came back from lunch at around 1:30pm.
Kindly check and let me know if any belongings have gone missing.

Important note:
Office security :
1) All visitors (customers, vendors, contractors, deliverymen) – Everyone of us is responsible to escort our visitors out to the main door after their visit.
2) During lunch hour when XXXX and I are not in the office, the staff who opened the door for any visitor is responsible to see him out of the office and close the door. Some deliveryman may just open the door wide and leave without closing it back.
3) During lunch hour, do not let visitor in to wait for someone who is not in the office. It is better to ask the visitor to come back later.
